Senior Marketing Coordinator
Job description
Geosyntec seeks a creative, energetic, Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Pacific Northwest team in Seattle, WA! This person should excel in coordinating the development and production of top-tier qualifications packages, competitive proposals, and marketing collateral.
The ideal candidate has a strong sense of concept development and execution, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. This position reports to the Pacific Northwest Branch Marketing Manager and works closely with technical professionals throughout the Pacific Northwest Branch offices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collateral & Qualifications Materials:
- Coordinate the development of new material and updates to existing material
- Coordinate with practitioners to maintain resumes, project descriptions, and imagery
- Maintain and manage content library, including prior proposals, boilerplates, and visuals
- Assist with content for online presence, including social media, website, and email
- Create first draft/template of news announcements for internal and external posting
Proposals and Quals Production:
- Prepare proposal/SOQ pursuit memos and assist in maintaining schedule
- Help to produce SOQs/proposals, including editing and graphics
- Develop and layout proposal and cover letter templates
- Assist with the preparation and/or assembly for client presentations
- Help maintain content libraries
- Monitor sources of industry-related market information and distribute as directed
Other:
- Technical suite skills, including MS Office and Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Conduct research related to competitors; past, current, and prospective markets; and relevant corporate experience
- Assist with graphics concepts and development, writing/content, and proofreading
- Handle requested edits to marketing content such as press releases and article drafts
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience, Associates degree and 4 years of experience, or 6 years of marketing experience.
- Must be able to perform the responsibilities of the Senior position with little to no direct supervision or guidance.
- Experience with the production of technical proposals and reports. (preferred)
- Working knowledge of production techniques to support proposal, presentation, or other sales and marketing activities. (required)
- Formatting, writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. (required)
- Advanced computer literacy using MS applications and Desktop Publishing Software (Adobe Suite, including Acrobat, InDesign, Office Professional, Outlook). (required)
- Windows proficiency including, MS Professional (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and typing ability. (required)
- Ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions. (required)
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently to perform effectively under tight deadlines. (required)
- Ability to work flexible work hours as required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)

Below are the potential compensation ranges that we in good faith believe are applicable for this role at the time of this posting and are only applicable for jobs to be performed in the specified Washington locations below. The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Geosyntec’s total compensation package for employees. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, skill set and location.
- Minimum Salary: $82,200 / Maximum Salary: $130,545 (Seattle)
