Job description
Seeking a senior level Microsoft.Net Developer, who will also have responsibilities as a development team lead and customer liaison. Will be required to have demonstrable experience developing for customers in the state government sector, and an understanding of required business workflows for those customers, participate and perform at every level of the development life cycle, including but not limited to, requirements gathering, design, development, testing/QA, implementation, training, and maintenance and expected to manage tasks, time, and resources for a small group of application developers (3 to 8), while doing the more advanced development work and keeping the overall projects on track.
Master’s degree preferred; Bachelors required.
Preference will be given to candidates with in-depth development experience in the state or local public sector based on knowledge of the unique challenges of public sector business needs.
Candidates will be evaluated on technical merit and experience, but also team leadership skills, project management, and soft skills for customer service and interaction.
