Job Description
PPAP Program Administrator
- Lead the company PPAP program across Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing and with Suppliers.
- Work with suppliers to develop a PPAP Schedule of document submissions .
- Manage receipt and review PPAP documents for Phase 3 & Phase 4 to the agreed upon schedule .
- Review and assess the following documents for acceptability: Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, Process Control Plan, Measurement System Analysis, Initial Process Studies, and First Article Inspection.
- Visit supplier locations to view process, layouts, tooling, and progress of PPAP documents and supporting information.
- Prepare presentations and manage meetings with internal, supplier, and government representatives on the status of PPAP progress.
- Interface with Engineering on receipt of DFMEA and Design Risk Analysis documents.
- Prepare final PPAP summary of documents for submission to the customer.
- Conduct Internal PPAP and RCCA Training.
- Knowledgeable on the AS9145 APQP PPAP Standard.
- Ability to review a part drawing.
Lead GDLS Product Assurance at Production Program Reviews with Customer and Internal Program meetings
GDLS Product Assurance P.O.C. for communication between Customer and the Manufacturing Facilities
Coordinate periodic Quality Reviews with the Customer and DCMA
Coordinate development of Product Assurance estimates, rationale & justification in response to RFP‘s
Reviewer of Proposals, Contracts, and Modifications for Quality requirements
SHC Quality POC for launch activities for new vehicles/variants

Competency:
Must be able to communicate to all levels within the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline preferred. Will consider bachelor’s degree with different discipline combined with years of experience.
Must have working knowledge of ISO9001:2015
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Exposure to Oracle Applications, Teamcenter, TIPQA
Travel to production facilities, Government locations, and/or suppliers.
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
