Summary of Role:

SunPower is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer (SDE) to fully own custom solutions developed around Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS). This SDE will provide support to our internal business customers and understand needs and requirements, conduct prototyping and testing, and provide options and considerations for the use of Oracle RMCS.

The role’s focus is to participate in all phases of software support and development in relation to Oracle Cloud extensions, Interfaces, User Interfaces, Integrations, and Reports related to processing of data to feed RMCS, monitoring of automated processes, and automating reports to provide summarized outcomes to customers. The candidate will own custom solutions that support our Fusion Order Management-based accounting or Project-based accounting.

The ideal candidate will be technology-agnostic and will recommend improvements to our current solutions built upon Oracle Integration Cloud integrations and Oracle Fusion extensions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Business users as a solution owner
  • Gather, analyze business requirements, and perform Fit-Gap analysis
  • Actively participate in preparing various project documents – solution design, technical design documentation, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, and training materials
  • Explain the business requirement to other team members in the project
  • Write business requirement documents
  • Create and execute test scenarios in various test environments
  • Work closely with users during the user acceptance testing phase
  • Build integrations using various OIC adapters, such as Salesforce, FTP, ATP DB, EDI, etc.
  • Submit and Manage Oracle Service Requests, manage the change process, and document in accordance with SunPower’s development life cycles and change control processes
  • Work independently and manage multiple task assignments, including the use of Oracle Unified Methodologies, creating requirements, and technical design documents
  • Contribute to the full life cycle and build application integrations, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting of Oracle Cloud, and associated custom applications
  • Coordinate and works with other offshore/onshore team members to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide written and verbal communication, planning, and technical skills while working directly with all levels of the business, including business managers, system users, and external vendors

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 10 years of experience in Software Development Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in building OIC integration using REST & SOAP APIs, Oracle OTBI/BIP reports, and Groovy Scripts
  • Experience with SQL performance tuning (Long Running Queries) and Knowledge SCM tables and views
  • Requires knowledge and experience with Scaled Agile Product Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in contributing to end-to-end architecture strategies, integrations, standards, processes, and tools.
  • Business professional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in FBDI & ADFDi Loader
  • Possess functional knowledge in Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS)
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP Technical (data model, jobs, reports)
  • Knowledge of Oracle VBCS
  • Project management experience
Pay Range
$156,960-$235,440*
