We are looking to add a senior TPO member to our team. This is an exciting growth opportunity supporting the Entity Platform space, you will work across company lines with various area of the Cigna Group on some of the most exciting and highly visible programs our company has to offer. In this role, we expect the incumbent to have a strong background working with APIs, and various database technologies, experience on AWS Cloud technologies is preferred. The person assuming this role can expect to lead a product vision, work with a wide range of engineers, sr. managers, and technology directors. You should bring proven experience being the voice of the customer and building out a product, proficient with advanced agile strategies, and fluent with JIRA, JIRA Align, reporting, and key metrics. This individual must be comfortable discovering new opportunities to help drive enterprise adoption of their products, as well as ensure proper adherence to IT process and planning standards.

Agile Experience:
Proven ability to manage intake, product vision, road maps, and working across multiple technology domains

Successfully develops roadmaps and driving continuous improvement

Capable of cultivating strong relationships with both business and technology stakeholders while identifying growth opportunities

Experienced working on complex technology projects alongside software developers

Experienced writing well thought out / comprehensive user stories

Strong ability to develop road maps

Capable of organizing and prioritizing work through a methodical and systemized process

Experienced with driving agile adoption through the software development lifecycle

Well adept in the understanding and execution of Agile methods (I.e.) Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, AgilePM, Design Thinking, Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)

Capable of driving project estimation

JIRA and JIRA Align experience

Competent in data governance processes

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 104,000 - 173,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
