Requirements for a Server Assistant Position:
- A love of hospitality
- Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive
Additional Requirements for a Server Position:
- Proven hospitality industry experience.
- Knowledge of Basic Steps of Service and the desire to learn our service standards and apply them.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety.
- Food safety training will be considered a plus.
Additional Requirements for the Bartender Position:
- Bartenders are expected to work with the bar back to set up and break down the bar. We expect our bartenders to provide an exceptional customer experience beyond the simple making of drinks
- A love of craft cocktails. Candidates should thrive when a customer asks "make me something cool!" or "what would you like to make".
- "You cant determine whether a cocktail is ̈ craft ̈ based on its recipe alone. The word ̈craft ̈ means that someone has dedicated time and attention to create a product worth enjoying. In bartending this attention is called mindfulness; mindfulness of how tastes and aromas affect each other, mindfulness of a drink ́s temperature and dilution, and even mindfulness of a customers mood."
