Thorne Crest Senior Living Community, a not-for-profit American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking to hire Dining Services Assistants / Servers to help our culinary team provide excellent service to our valued residents. If you like working with senior citizens you will love working at Thorne Crest! We are a Continuum of Care Community and 44 years old this year! The Dietary department is interested in team players that are willing to learn and enjoy interacting with others.

Why you should join our team:

• Hourly wages starting at $12.90 and up based on experience
• Additional shift differential pay up to $2.25/hr
• 5:30am-1:30pm, full time and part time hours
• Sign-on bonus available

As A Dining Services Assistant/Server you will provide great customer service with a positive attitude while serving resident meals and beverages. Cleaning up tables, cleaning floors and stocking are also requirements of the position.

What you will need:

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 or older for full-time)
• Every other weekend and every other holiday is expected in this position.
• Covid-19 vaccination is required to work in a healthcare setting
