Due to our continued growth, we are looking for qualified SERVICE COORDINATORS to join our team. This position can be located in our Houston, Midland, or Pearsall, Texas locations depending on location of chosen candidate

As a Service Coordinator, your role will be to:

• Organize the activities of the field service technicians that are working on customer sites;
• Dispatch personnel to the customer’s job site;
• Communicate with clients;
• Provide guidance to the field service techs;
• Review all work reports for accuracy and clarity;
• Provide guidance to the Job Coordination team on billable/non-billable service work;
• Ensure materials are accounted for (both issuance and consumption);
• Interface with other internal departments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of all field work

The ideal person for this role will have previous field operations experience, a natural talent for getting the best out of teams and a sound understanding of the technologies (LTE, Microwave radio, and VSAT) we deliver and the telecommunications and oil & gas industries we support.

What does it take to be a successful Service Coordinator?

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in telecommunication industry, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility;
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives in the execution of daily operations;
• Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure;
• Ability to successfully pass all pre-employment requirements (Background, Drug & Alcohol screen);
• Ability to lift rig kit equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
• Willingness to work an 8-on, 6-off work schedule, with on-call responsibility and additional extended hours commensurate with the scope and responsibility of a field resource manager
• Experience working in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus.
