Job description
Delight our customers to meet or exceed customer experience goals
Greet customers and take orders, in person and over telephone, in friendly manner
Create a positive and welcoming experience for customers
Prepare hot and cold deli food and display in deli cases
Inform customers about our deli products and service, provide food samples, promote sales within department
Operate slicers and other food preparation equipment, including scales and cash registers, if applicable
Prepare deli fruit or seasonal trays for display or special order
Inventory, stock and move bulk product from pallets to storage areas
Face shelved in deli cases on sales floor
Maintain cleanliness and conduct business in accordance with all federal, state and local weights and measures, food safety and sanitation regulations and company policies
Perform temperature and tare checks daily
Perform all job duties safely, accurately, with honesty and integrity
Continuous lifting and carrying of items up to 35 lbs.
Frequent or continuous standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.20 per hour
