This role has been designated as On-Site –In-person required. Work must be done on-site daily.

Job Summary:

Trane has a new exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Service Project Administrator in our Salt Lake City, UT location.

Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for routine project documentation, materials, job costing, status monitoring, invoicing, and administrative closeout of each project. This position is required to closely interact with the Area Service Managers and assigned service team members to ensure the timely completion of each project.

Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Service Invoicing

  • Sets-up service agreements in system application.

  • Coordinates with various team members for accurate and timely recording of project costs, including materials, time sheets, labor hour allocation, daily reports, etc.

  • Responsible for general administrative functions to include processing service claims – concessions, Ship Product Defect (SPD), retrofit, labor warranty, purchase orders, and initiating invoicing.

  • Responsible for generating, interpreting, and printing various assigned reports.

  • Communicates effectively with other team members.

  • Cross train for coverage of the Resource Coordinator position when staffing needs arise.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Up to two (2) years of data entry or accounting experience preferred.
  • Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and work well on a team.
  • Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems preferred, not required.
  • Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.

Base Pay Range is 56,400-$62,000. Disclaimer: This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
