Job Title: Installation Technician

Working Conditions: On Site -Restaurants C-Store and Grocery Establishments. Significant time will be spent in a vehicle from location to location.

Status: Full__X__ Time____ Part-Time____ Contract____

Working Days: S M T W T F S Varies and Flexible

Hours Per Day: 8 Hours Per Week: 40 and additional hours where necessary

Overnight Travel Required: Yes _X___ No____ If yes what percentage of time? 10%
Location: Western Arkansas to Central Oklahoma.
PURPOSE
Closely working with home office and area co-workers to create efficient installations schedules. Communicating any installation issues or customer requests. Maintain the highest level of installations to satisfy the customers needs. Rectify any issues that may arise during installations. Implement service schedules and programs to reduce health hazards, fines, and equipment down time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure parts are properly installed according to manufacture specs providing the most value and life out of our products for our customers.
• Complete Installations according to company procedures and follow safety protocols required at the site.
• Maintain an accurate inventory for any tools or hardware
• Prepare and present reports to management regularly.
• Conduct site inspections to identify customer’s needs.
• Communicate work schedules with Home office and Peers
• Double check accuracy of parts received versus what the estimate calls for
• Coordinate travel to maximize resources
• Accurately maintain expense reporting with receipts
• Positively represent PGS Restaurant Services on and off the job site
• Maintain professional appearance using company furnished shirts
• Disbursement of accurate paperwork and proper use of customer’s phone based service applications.
• Ensure company established safety procedures and safe travel are followed
• Accounting for company assets such as vehicles, cell phone, tablets and tools

Educational Requirements

Highschool graduate or equivalent preferred
Work Experience
At least 2 years of sales and/ or customer service experience.

Some knowledge of restaurant operation/ equipment preferred.

Work Environment
This job operates in a client based (usually Restaurant) environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, staple guns, screwdrivers, hammers and other basic tools.
