Davis Stuart operates as a private, non-profit organization providing services for adolescents, recovering from abuse, neglect and/or behavioral issues, with capacity to serve 68 teens through four treatment locations.
By providing therapeutic residential care, we strive to meet the needs of residents, ages 12 to 18, in a supervised setting. Our goal is to reunify the young person with his or her family, when possible, or give them the life skills to enter into independence.
Position Description & Responsibilities:
· Provide supervision of Treatment Associates in regards to their cottage management responsibilities. Provides oversight, training and support to Treatment Associates in regard to organization, structure, interaction with residents, therapeutic behavior support, daily routine, facility maintenance, cleanliness, budgeting and transportation.
· Provide therapeutic based services to residents as needed.
· Ensure all Treatment Associates remain in compliance with completion of all required training.
· Ensure peer communication and problem solving group sessions for residents are conducted on a regular basis.
· Ensure accuracy of Treatment Associate time records.
· Work in cooperation with the PBIS Coordinator to ensure PBIS is facilitated and documented properly and effectively.
· Ensure all required documentation is completed correctly and timely by Treatment Associates.
· Provide information for, or participate as needed, in IDT meetings and/or MDT meetings and ensure proper implementation of treatment plan in supervised area.
· Assist in maintaining required staff to resident ratio.
PLEASE READ FIRST: In order to meet our licensing requirements you must have at a minimum a high school degree or equivalent, a valid driver's license, ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a comprehensive background check. Minimum age requirement is 23. Established eligibility through WV Cares system a plus! Experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
