Our ideal candidate will be a deal-closer by nature, and has a track record for success in client-facing roles, creating the optimal customer experience. As you navigate Residential & Commercial clients through the Sales process, you'll present a vast range of product knowledge in our well appointed showroom. This position requires heavy phone and email communication, plus extensive quotation and sales order development.


Requirements:

Demonstrated success as both an individual contributor & collaborator in the Sales process.

Highly organized, with proven methods for maintaining commitments.

Personable & articulate communicator.

Dynamic Service professional who listens to identify key indicators & uses this information to quickly diffuse conflict and create actionable solutions.

Working knowledge of the Retail Sales environment, Residential & Commercial housing industry, & the new construction life cycle is ideal.

Technology: Advanced Microsoft Office & Office 365, POS Systems, Windows OS


Sales Incentives & Bonus Compensation:
This role merits a base compensation plus a competitive Sales Incentive program, designed to offer limitless earning potential activated by your Sales enterprise & appetite for achievement.

  • Manufacturing Partner Incentives: Sales-based concession payment extended through partnering manufacturers & distributed to the Sales Group with obtainable monthly earnings between $500 - $2,500.
  • Appliance Extended Warranties: A percentage of each one sold at qualifying retail earns a commission.
  • SPIFF Program: Product- based incentive generating an additional 5 - 25% of base compensation.
  • Margin Incentives: based on overall Sales Performance- an additional 15 - 65% supplement to base earnings per month is highly attainable.
  • Red Hot List SPIFF: Product-based incentive associated with specified $ bonus values - stipends reach up to 5% of base income/month.

Work Schedule:

8:30am - 5:00pm, 5 days per week including Saturday with one recurring day off mid-week & select holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
