Job Overview:
MAXX Property Management, one of the fastest-growing property management companies in Utah, Western Idaho, and Arizona, is seeking a driven, motivated individual to fill a Single Family Property Manager role. This position is based in our corporate office in Lehi, UT and will require frequent travel to our single-family homes spread across Utah, primarily in Utah County and expanding into Salt Lake County. A company vehicle will be provided for travel. The Single Family Property Manager plays a key role in achieving our goal of creating a personalized and exceptional experience for all our current and potential residents. A Utah Real Estate License is preferred for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all our single-family properties.
- Coordinate and conduct showings for prospective residents.
- Manage the move-in and move-out process, ensuring smooth transitions for residents.
- Be responsive to all resident and owner inquiries via phone, email, and text message.
- Assist Operations Manager with all other duties, as needed.
- Oversee the entire onboarding process for new properties, ensuring seamless transitions and transactions for owners.
- Follow up and maintain communication with owners during the onboarding process, addressing any concerns and providing updates.
Experience and Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in Sales.
- Utah Real Estate License is preferred.
- Proficient in all Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with AppFolio property management software is a plus.
- Self-starter, motivated, and able to work autonomously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Effective and professional communication abilities.
- Driven to provide excellent customer service.
- Positive and open-minded attitude.
