Training/QA Analyst

Standing out in this role is necessary:

Degree in business administration, social communications or related.

At least 5 years of experience with BPO/ Contact centers

Effective communication skills and a demonstrated capability of simplifying the complex. Experience with navigating and communication effectively cross-functionally, internally and externally across all levels.

Proven creative and conceptual thinking experience to set a vision, develop action plans, and problem solve.
