SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 + years of case management experience
- Fingerprint clearance
- Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test
- Acceptable DMV record
- Driver License
- Working Vehicle, Auto insurance
- Eligible to work in the U.S.

WHO ARE WE:
Compass helps adults with developmental disabilities live interdependently in their own homes through our Supported Living Services. As an SLS Supervisor you will manage a team of Case Facilitators, assess and onboard new clients; carry a small client caseload, coordinate support between the clients and caregivers; schedule staff, ensure our clients have a caregiver during their designated service times; provide backup assistant for 24-hour emergency response.
JOB DETAILS:
This is a salaried position and your rate will be determined based on experience and education. Hours are M-F 8 am-5 pm with the emergency phone as assigned. Travel is required - SLS Supervisors will attend managers' meetings in other Compass locations.
