The Cystic Fibrosis Unit (CFU) have an exciting opportunity to become a valued member of our team at the unit in Nottingham, working as a social worker.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and able to manage a caseload of patients with complex needs. Excellent communications skills are a must with an innovative approach to ensure patients receive the care they require.
