Responsibilities:
This position is for a senior skill level developer to fill a Lead Software Engineer Role on the Life Modernization Claims Capability Team. This team uses the Oracle Insurance Policy Administration Platform (OIPA) as its policy administration system. The Claims Team provides the critical capability of paying life insurance proceeds to beneficiaries after the loss of the policyholder. This team is also provides support to all Life and Annuity products on the Life Modernization Platform.
Qualifications:
Ideal Candidates will have 3+ years experience with the following:
  • Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) Configuration
  • Equisoft Design (formerly known as Equisoft Rulestudio)
  • My Oracle Support and ServiceNow for production support
  • Experience working in an Agile Environment on an Agile Team
Additional great skills to have:

Salary Range: $69,114.50-$194,700

Potential yearly incentive pay- 4%-12% of base salary
