Job description

Summary:

• Software Product Business Analyst responsible for requirements, design, configuration, testing, and support of Company’s proprietary low code highly configurable SaaS product that powers key public sector case management solutions.
• Play a key role in product development, client implementations and customer success.

Day to Day Activities Include:

• Defining and elaborating requirements
• Creating use cases, wireframes, and other design artifacts
• Planning and leading Joint Application Design (JAD) and/or fit-gap sessions
• Configuring the Company's no code/low code product for clients
• Testing the Company's product and client-specific solutions
• Supporting clients by troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Conducting demonstration of our product for prospects and clients

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably working with a software product development environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to efficiently learn and apply new ideas and concepts.
• Ability to organize time, staff, and projects efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business or IT/Computer Science field

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
