We're looking for a Product Manager to join the mission-driven team to help drive the development and execution of the company's DEIB platform. As a Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally with various teams to gather customer feedback, prioritize product requirements, and execute all areas of the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Set and deliver on the product strategy and vision by gathering customer feedback, prioritizing product requirements, and working with cross-functional partners – across tech, engineering, sales, and managed services – to better understand the current state, solicit ideas for the future, and develop the strategic vision for DEIB platform
  • Execute all areas of the product lifecycle - ideation, research, validation, user stories, go-to-market, and adoption.
  • Develop solution strategy and unified value proposition of DEIB services; understand nuances across client segments and industries and tailor strategy accordingly
  • Track and gain a broader understanding of trends in the HR and DEIB-tech vertical that impact product development.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, and Managed Services to refine the end-to-end delivery model and create a holistic solution roadmap. Disseminate customer feedback and engagement data to various levels of the organization that result in meaningful decisions for how Kanarys teams can evolve our service and product offerings
  • Partner with Product Marketing on product release timeline, messaging and positioning, and supporting collateral development (e.g. data sheets, product documentation, sales slides, etc.)
  • Support Product Marketing in the development of enablement tools (e.g. product releases, product education, etc.) to support Sales
  • Internally, this role is seen as a subject matter expert for product usability (e.g. advises on advantages and common limitations of core products, top usability challenges, use cases, and workflows), contributing insights that directly evolve product offerings
  • Work closely with the Product and Product Marketing team to understand coming release functionality and strategy for deployment
  • Provide business and data analysis to support, compile and report key information for business metrics and objectives including customer usage and adoption
  • Perform quality assurance tests and reviews key information to ensure data quality aspects through the platform
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing DEIB information and trends
  • Assists with performing source data quality assessments
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strategic thinker that combines a structured approach, strong analytical skills, and creative problem-solving to turn analysis into actionable insights and plans

  • Self-motivated problem solver who thrives in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
  • Superior customer service mindset – highly responsive with strong customer orientation.
  • Experience or coursework in Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Applied Statistics, or Education.
  • Interest in Data, People Analytics, AI, and User Experience.
  • Strong desire to disrupt, re-invent, and optimize existing processes to build the next generation of DEIB Enterprise solutions.
  • HR Technology / Human Capital Management domain experience is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management and/or people analytics experience desired, including experience building technical platforms that incorporate both quantitative and qualitative data-driven insights and analyses.
