We are currently seeking a Solutions/Services Line Senior Director to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Responsibilities
- Partner with NTT DATA family partners and assist with the identifying common services, artifacts, tools, processes and drive the standardization of those, eliminating silos, and providing a uniform, holistic consumable for our customers.
- Evaluate and prioritize market opportunities and needs to identify the best investments
- Define and manage the service offer development roadmap and investments.
- Collaborate with R&D and delivery SMEs to define and develop new services and capabilities
- Collaborate with other service leaders in areas such as dynamic workplace, cloud, automation and analytics to define emerging services and messaging
- Provide leadership on go-to-market activities and product launches
- Assist with pursuits and proposals including oral presentations
- Evangelize the services to internal stakeholders, the market, customers, and industry analysts
- Train sellers on how to message Application capabilities with their clients and prospects
- Create market relevant service catalogs and GTM content that facilitates sales motions and aligns to delivery COEs
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on solutions messaging and creating technical sales/support materials
- Identify partnership opportunities and help manage partnerships - both independently and with assistance from our alliances team
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Strong POV on challenges faced by clients when deploying application services and how to address those needs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead others and work independently without needing daily direction.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver transformation solutions with implementation best practices that deliver results.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading businesses and enterprises through digital adoption and transformation efforts - particularly in commercial and public sectors.
- Expertise in one or more of the following: cloud app migration, native cloud development, app modernization solution architecture, application platform management, application Product Management, or application transformations

- Document and understand current mode of operations with artifacts, cost models, financial models, delivery processes, and governance.
- Develop a future mode of operations with artifacts, cost models, financial models, delivery processes, and governance.
- Refine partner ecosystem to accelerate Go-to-market activities with market leaders and next-gen pioneers
- Collaborate with Product Development Teams, Delivery & Practice teams, Alliance Teams, and Offering teams to develop more efficient and scalable customer solutions spanning multi-tower and cross-industry Go-to-market collateral
- Work with partners across NTT DATA family of companies and drive discussions with the current mode and future mode of operations.
- Document findings and provide recommendations on optimal processes and practices.
