As we expand internationally, we are looking for a Sr Analytics Engineer to join our Technology Solutions’ team. In this role you will continuously demonstrate your leadership, communication and prioritization skills to meet the team goals effectively.

This is how your day-to-day would look like:
- Work with the architecture team to define best practices.
- Guide the offshore / nearshore data team resources.
- Provide technical vision and proof of concepts on our core product data journey.
- Interact with clients as a data technology expert to help gather and vet customer feature requirements.
- Design, mentor and help with needed implementations.
- Create presentations and demos for stakeholders and clients.
Although this is a remote position, you should be located in Colombia -preferably in Bogotá D.C-
Requirements:How does the ideal candidate look for us?
- Professional degree in Engineering, Computer science, Math or associated degrees.
- Advanced English level.
- Previous experience leading engineering teams.
- Proficient on the following technologies and tools: Azure Services (Data Factory, Batch, Synapse, Databrick, Cognitive Services), Python, SQL, C#, Scala, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SSRS.
