Seeking a strategic marketer and leader, who has passion for innovation and the drive to build yogurt brands that people love and talk about, who has the persistence to bring ideas to reality, who has led innovations and brought them to life with activations that leave a positive impact on the world - and combines all of this with solid business acumen and P&L management.

Danone North America is seeking a Senior / Associate Brand Manager in Innovation for its Yogurt business unit in either White Plains, NY or Broomfield, CO. This role is a roll-up-your-sleeves position working on iconic brands such as Oikos, Silk, and So Delicious where you will get the opportunity to flex your analytical, marketing and leadership skills as you work on all aspects of brand management, working to execute best in class plans including innovation and activation projects. You will need to be a self-starter who is skilled at project management and can also oversee key drivers of the business. Responsibilities include projects (innovations, graphics design, etc.), to tracking of business performance on the brand (sales performance tracking and reporting), all while optimizing the brand's spend (budget management).

This position is hybrid and can be based in either White Plains, NY or Broomfield, CO.

• BA/BS required in Marketing or related field (MBA Preferred)
• 1-2+ years of brand experience
• Strong project management capabilities
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• You think like a business owner someone who can take initiative and get things done while having fun in an entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams
• Results oriented and able to respond quickly to changing marketplace dynamics
• Strategic influencing abilities
• Ability to analyze / lead the business from a marketing and general management perspective
• Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Experience with key reporting tools (IRI, etc)

The base compensation range for this position is $105,000 - $115,000 commensurate with experience.
