We are looking for a differential leader who is a creative problem solver, tenacious, determined to overcome obstacles, and believes in the power of a strong foundation through effective project and process management in getting things done – ultimately enabling us to deliver joy to our consumers. This role will closely partner with our Cereal Innovation ABMs and their cross-functional teams in bringing our incredible innovation to life through strong fundamentals. In addition, this role will lead our key processes across Cereal and in the spirit of continuous improvement will have the opportunity to drive improvements forward that will enable our business to be more effective in reaching our consumers.
The ideal candidate has project management experience and experience in leading continuous improvement efforts. They are creative, tenacious, and great at leading a team.

We are the leaders in Cereal category innovation and our business is growing rapidly as we bring big, disruptive bets targeted at the biggest consumer problems at breakfast. In this leadership role, you will be at the center of our biggest launches in our Cereal pipeline by leading effective project management and processes across Cereal Innovation and our Cereal BUs more broadly.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Leverage strong project management skills to ensure project teams stay on track for successful execution
- Lead timeline management for big bets in support of the Cereal Innovation ABMs
- Support new product systems setup needs across Cereal innovation big bets
- Support new product launch management across big bets
- Lead risk mitigation process for all big bets to help mitigate risk and ensure we have strong launches
- Find opportunities to improve/optimize our processes in Cereal to drive stronger fundamentals
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience
- Project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
- Strong track-record of executing with excellence
- Creative problem solver who is tenacious, resourceful, determined to overcome obstacles
PREFERRED QUALFICATIONS
- Experience in cross-functional roles, such as ITQ or Supply Chain, to ensure understanding of the implications of project plan changes up and downstream.
- Experience managing project timelines & navigating fast-paced timelines
- Bias for action and in the spirit of continuous improvement has a demonstrated ability to find opportunities and lead them forward autonomously
- Experience navigating large, matrixed organization
- Agile, adaptable, and resilient in rebounding from setbacks. Celebrates productive failure.
