We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Governance & Privacy Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Informatica products in the Data Governance & Privacy journey - Data Privacy Management and EDC, as well as experience with data quality and remediation tasks to interpret data quality issues, data flows, report mappings, and assist to develop the data lineage process.

As a Data Governance & Privacy Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing an operational framework for Informatica DPM and EDC based tasks, and have a deep understanding of the Data Governance products configuration and how they work together, e.g. DPM onboarding with EDC to show lineage/metadata. You will also be responsible for data classification techniques and frameworks, and expert-level database skills in at least one (Oracle DB, DB2, Sybase, SQL Server, Teradata).

Additionally, you should have experience in deploying both Cloud and on-premises software solutions and architectures (Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Privacy Data Quality, and Microservices), and be familiar with the Data Governance and Privacy stack (DPM/EDC) implementation experience with at least 2 projects. Experience around AWS cloud is also a must.

In this role, you will work closely with various teams to create connections to various databases and shared drive/share points, run scans using Informatica data to identify personal information, write Unix scripts, Python Unix scripting, and run some SQL queries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience upgrading within the Linux environment, as the client has different services where they might need to restart those services. Experience with BigID tool, Kubernetes, and dockers is a nice-to-have.

Pay: $50.54 - $60.86 per hour
