As a Starbucks senior recruiter, you are responsible for finding the best Retail leadership talent in the world to meet our future aspirations and ensuring that talent is a match with the culture of our company. You are an advocate for your candidates, a consultant to your business and a champion of our mission and values. As a senior recruiter, you will:

  • Create legendary candidate experiences – and be known and recognized for it
  • Be a Talent Advisor – solving problems and influencing outcomes both with your Retail clients and within talent acquisition
  • Be Innovative – in creating & executing sourcing and assessment strategies for our organization
  • Inspire Others – mentoring colleagues and other recruiters

More specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment process within a broad and complex portfolio by partnering with assigned hiring managers inclusive of vice-president and above level
  • Leverage talent acquisition performance metrics to set and achieve goals, hold self and hiring managers accountable, improve effectiveness, and drive strategic planning
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and/or optimization
  • Champion inclusion and diversity in the recruitment process

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience and/or demonstrates experience in forecasting, attracting, sourcing and hiring partners in a Retail leadership capacity
  • The ability to apply a high level of strategic thought-partnership and influence; develop and execute strategies and gain buy-in from key stakeholders and clients
  • Demonstrated commitment to a culture of continuous evolution
  • Contributions to a culture of curiosity and demonstrates a “whats’s possible” mindset
  • Demonstrated agility and an ability to balance multiple/competing priorities
  • A solutions oriented mindset and approach
  • Operational savviness
  • Aptitude leveraging and leading with data to make the case for change and generate insights that lead to an elevated level of support to the business

The pay range for this position may be narrower than that displayed, depending on where the work is performed.
