We have an urgent requirement for a Sr Systems Analyst or a Lead Systems Analyst with our direct client (very stable and growing in San Bernardino County, CA. This role Hybrid (4 days on site, 1 day remote). You will be leading 3-4 other people. The team consist of 13 people. This is a Contract to hire position after 6-8 months, CTH

Candidates must be self-starters and have thorough knowledge and experience in physical hardware and virtual systems. Will function as a team lead over Information Systems Analysts I and II and related staff. Will delegate, mentor, and support staff in a team-based environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Five (5) years of work experience, within the past seven (7) years, performing virtual systems administration at a lead level AND configuring, maintaining, and developing relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL.

Experience (Must include ALL listed below)

1. Administration and maintenance of windows enterprise servers, storage, and backup systems.

2. High availability and disaster recovery as they relate to system architectur

Responsibilities (But are not limited to the following):

1. Configures, maintains, and develops relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL; utilizes SQL scripting and reporting software, create ad-hoc queries and reports for various divisions to allow for access or presentation of information.

2. Implements and supports software installations and updates for software on servers; implements, supports, and troubleshoots server installations.

3. Plans, designs, specifies, documents, installs, repairs, and/or upgrades the hardware, software, and related infrastructure for the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.

4. Analyzes and resolves complex system problems, including isolation and resolution of hardware and system software problems.

5. Monitors and controls the storage and backup of data.

6.Evaluates and recommend new automated technologies and/or business process improvements, including system performance management and capacity planning.

7. Provides backup network and desktop support as needed; this may include providing on-call support.

8. Performs technical project management for various projects.

9. Provides technical assistance for specially assigned projects and other work as required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $85.00 per hour

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
