Under the direct supervision of the DON, the Staff Development Coordinator works cooperatively with Department head managers to facilitate orientation, training, annual meetings, skills testing and individual education as needed. Ensures facility is in compliance with regulatory requirements relating to staff credentialing and education. Provide services associated with ongoing professional development of staff at the facility. Wound care certification a plus, but we will train!
