Position Overview

Engineering support for the ESS Ground Resilient Integration & Framework for Operational NC3 (GRIFFON) Ground Integration & Framework (GIF) and Systems of Systems Integration (SoSI) contract. D
uring the period of performance, assist team in demonstrating key capabilities and showing progress towards meeting Ground Assembly, Integration and Test (AI&T).

Primary Responsibilities

The Systems Engineers will provide system engineering support with NC3 mission, International Partner, protected SATCOM, XDR waveform, and/or AEHF User terminal experience to create, update, deliver GRIFFON ground engineering artifacts including:

• Requirements decomposition from the ESS overall system design into element and component specifications with both upward and downward tracing in DOORS and horizontal tracing with the System model.
• Identify, plan, and implement ground test, analysis, and integration campaigns to verify internal and external interfaces.
• Develop a ground Minimum Viable Product (MVP) road roadmap for the GRIFFON capabilities.
• Provide inputs to Ground risks and trade spaces.
• Develop and coordinate an ESS Ground requirements verification and sell-off plan using an Agile, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) approach.
• Seamlessly integrate digital engineering artifacts via Cameo modeling to provide a comprehensive view of the ESS Ground's technical and programmatic details.

Preferred Qualifications

• Systems Engineering and digital engineering experience, to include Cameo Systems Modeler.

• MILSATCOM experience, to include Milstar and AEHF.
