The objective of the Staffing Coordinator is to accurately plan, direct and coordinate the schedule of qualified Comfort Keepers caregivers based on client and caregiver needs and, when possible, preferences. You will ensure that Comfort Keepers’ Caregivers are properly matched with client needs. You will be a point of contact for both client and caregiver alike.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required. Associates degree or advanced education preferred but, not required.
- Desirable to have a minimum of two (2) years of related experience in a human resources and/or supervisory capacity.
- Previous experience in customer service a plus, but not required.
- Healthcare industry experience a plus, but not required.
- Documentation of positive work history as evidenced by at least two (2) work references and (1) personal reference.
- Driver’s License to operate a motor vehicle and positive driving record.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English and simple math.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Will need to master additional software including ClearCare.
- Effective oral and written communication and, excellent telephone etiquette.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, customer service, problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills. Extreme attention to details is essential.
- Must use tact and courtesy in dealing with co-workers, clients, family members, caregivers, business professionals and other individuals in the community.
- Possess a spirit of cooperation and enthusiasm, especially in ensuring that cases are consistently staffed, and in helping to increase the hours that the company serves.
- Must be a team player willing to share information and work cooperatively with other members of the company.
- Positive, professional, business image.
- Independent thinker and solution-oriented, with the ability for flexibility and creativity in solving problems.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience and tact.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
