Do you have Lead Warehouse experience? Staffing Alternatives is looking for the ideal candidate who is interested in being the Onsite (Staffing) Manager at one of our largest client's warehouse facilities in Garden City, GA. This person must have a strong sense of responsibility and urgency about him/her. You must be able to communicate (bilingual in English/Spanish) with coworkers and our client company to schedule, manage, coach and counsel temporary associates. Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise temporary industrial field staff
- Serve as the main point of contact between our agency and client
- Perform safety inspections on a daily basis
- Assist temporary associates with questions
Specific Abilities:
- Able to read, write and speak English and Spanish
- Warehouse supervisory experience necessary
- Previous staffing experience a plus
- Customer service experience a plus
- Reliable transportation
