Stockroom Operations Supervisor is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:

• Training associates on Omni and Freight flow processes to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Engaging and connecting with customers, making everyone feel respected, appreciated and rewarded
• Informing customers of current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events
• Delivering a consistent sales floor experience by supporting the sales floor, fitting rooms, point of sale, and operational processes
• Building customer connections and executing an authentic hospitality experience
• Observing associate performance and providing feedback in partnership with Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager
• Helping customers save with a Kohl’s Card, opening and activating Kohl’s Card applications
• Onboarding, training and developing associates
