We are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our team of ice cream enthusiasts at our sweet spot. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, managing the inventory and financial performance, and leading a team of enthusiastic staff members to achieve our goals. You'll bring your expertise in the hospitality industry and your passion for ice cream to create an unforgettable experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the ice cream store, including inventory management, food quality, customer service, and financial performance
• Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations and builds long-lasting relationships
• Hire and train staff members to provide excellent customer service, create a positive work environment, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
• Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns that drive revenue and increase profitability
• Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions that improve profitability
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, and ensure that all food safety and health regulations are followed
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, and promote teamwork, collaboration, and open communication among all staff members
• Represent the store in a professional and positive manner, building relationships with customers, the local community, and vendors
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and contribute to the development of new ice cream flavors and promotions that keep our customers engaged and coming back for more
