Does the idea of evolving MISO’s market products and resource adequacy construct to anticipate new system needs and emerging technologies excite you? Do you want to be part of a team that is working to enable a reliable, affordable, and sustainable grid of the future?
MISO is looking for a Strategic Insights and Assessment Advisor to lead its “System Reliability Attributes” initiative. This year, MISO launched an initiative to identify system reliability attributes that, under current market constructs, could become scarce due to the region’s rapidly evolving mix of generation. The work explores the best means of ensuring sufficient reliability attributes, whether through coordination for greater visibility, improvements to existing requirements and products, or the development of something new. This Advisor role will lead a cross-functional team to understand, measure, develop and implement solutions.
