Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience with hardware in the technology industry.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Operations in manufacturing, procurement, commodity management, supplier management, or risk management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience presenting at the executive level.
  • Ability to lead without authority, foster trust, and build credibility.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and requests simultaneously.
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Demonstrated motivational and critical thinking skills.

About the job

As a Strategy and Operations Lead for Global Commodity Management, you will be responsible for partnering with the leadership team in developing and executing the strategy, driving continuous improvement, scalability, and operational efficiency across Global Commodity Management (GCM) and Global Capacity Delivery (GCD) initiatives.


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$203,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance and program management throughout planning and implementation phases for GCM and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Partner with the Commodity Managers and the Supply Chain Strategic Risk Management (SCRM) team to structure and drive programs to proactively assess, and address risk factors impacting our extended supply chain.
  • Define, measure, and track risk exposure metrics.
  • Launch and scale tools and processes that will increase team effectiveness and efficiency.
