In March 2022 NHS Blood and Transplant launched its Strategy, with the ambition of saving and improving even more lives, it prioritises our donors, modernising our operations, innovation, collaboration with partners and investing in our people and culture. You will be responsible for leading engagement with business areas within NHSBT, engaging them effectively in the Strategys implementation, alongside management of priority strategic projects for NHSBTs future development. This temporary opportunity comes as a result of a significant increase in the need for strategy development and implementation at NHSBT. The role includes working on the refresh of the corporate Strategy, business planning strategies and strategic project work with teams from across NHSBT.
