Flexible Schedules - 8 to 40 Hours per Week - You Choose When! (-; arranged with the "PCA Choice" client each week.

Hours Available: Between 10am and 8pm (Up to 40 hours/week).

You Choose When You Work! Our schedules do vary day to day, week to week. You can have time off for appointments, etc. We would like help any day, but you don’t have to work every day and you can change each week.

Compensation:
--- $15.25 - $19.00 per hour – paid by MRCI Client Directed Services (a division of MRCI Work Source.)

--- PTO - Personal Time Off accrues each week, cash hours in whenever you want.

--- 401K possible if desired.

--- Additional Compensation: A relaxed and easy-going work environment, etc. (-; Other forms are food treats and meals, etc.

Requirements:
--- Must be cat friendly! =^..^=

--- Must have a positive, friendly & kind disposition. Must be responsible & reliable.

--- Part of your responsibilities would include petting my cat, taking me out as the summer opens up: movies, lunch, shopping, walks, crafts, etc. =^..^=

Qualifications:
* --- 18 or older, and High school or equivalent (Required.)

* --- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation (Required.)

* --- Must pass background check (Required.)

* --- Able to lift 50 pounds (Non- weight-bearing pivot transfers.)

* --- Job requires candidate to be physically fit (Mandatory.)

* --- Must be able to work in Mound, Minnesota (Mandatory.)

* --- PCA: 1 year experience (Preferred.)

Work Location: * Single family home in Mound.

We are near... Spring Park - St. Boni - Long Lake - Navarre - Wayzata - Minnetrista - Orono - Excelsior - Maple Plain - of course Mound too (-;

- I’m a woman with MS which limits my mobility. I need assistance with transferring & various activities of daily living. An average day includes getting me up, toileting. dressing, range of motion exercises, light food prep, feeding & some assistance with small tasks around the house. Then we are free to do other fun stuff! (-;

- I am an artist & love projects. Part of your responsibilities may include occasionally taking me on outings as the world opening up permits: movies, lunch, shopping, walks, crafts, etc.
