Support Experience Lead

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Support Experience Lead, are to:

• Responsible for building the functional support model of target platforms;
• Coordination of maintenance of SCOUT Master data and queries;
• Manage complex conflict resolution with several different people cross indications, cross-functions, while maintaining constructive relationships;
• Ensure a customer centric approach, unfragmented and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints and at all stages of the customer journey;
• Manage escalations and communications during critical service incidents and problems;
• Serve as the liaison between user and support to ensure a seamless experience with timely resolution;
• Ensure continuity in usage of current platform (e.g. SCOUT) as well as target platforms (e.g. Velocity).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with IT, field & analytics teams;
• BS/BA or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field;
• Experience leveraging contract & 3rd party providers to deliver solutions;
• Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, written and oral communications;
• Strong problem solving and proven project delivery skills;
• Demonstrated experience with global multi-disciplinary teams and learning the science;
• Creative, proactive, bold and out-of-box thinking.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of a BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field with 5+ years project management in IT & automation
  experience or Masters degree with 2+ years experience or PhD.
