Sense Scotland is now recruiting Support Practitioner's in Forfar offering full/part time and relief contracts, there is something to suit everyone.
Based in Forfar, you will become part of our dedicated team of Support Practitioners working within our housing support service. Set within an idyllic location with beautiful surroundings the building benefits from a spacious communal lounge and kitchen area that can be used for a variety of different activities and a beautiful garden.
There are 4 individuals who each have their own complex needs including, but not limited to, Impaired Vision, Hearing Impairment, Learning disabilities, Challenging behaviour, Epilepsy and Congenital Rubella Syndrome who have their own flat within this purpose-built building.
Given the complexity of needs, each person’s support package is bespoke to their individual needs. Our team provide support in every element of their lives, with a focus on person-centred care which allows the individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
