Support Services Administrator

OVERVIEW

The Programme and Project Partners (PPP) is an exciting model to work in. Four world class organisations have come together as one team, with Sellafield Ltd, to create a clean and safe environment for future generations.

PPP is set to revolutionise project delivery at Sellafield and create a lasting legacy, through long-term partnerships.

The Sellafield nuclear site is home to one of the most complex portfolios of construction and infrastructure projects in the world, stretching over many decades.

The new approach will support the transformation from nuclear operator into a world leader in environmental remediation.

The partnership is made up of four lots and Sellafield Ltd, as 5th Partner, to help deliver the site's decommissioning programme:

Kellogg Brown and Root Ltd (KBR) - integration partner

Jacobs - design and engineering partner

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure - civils construction management partner

Doosan Babcock Ltd - process construction management partner

Sellafield Ltd will work collaboratively with the four lot partners, to deliver major projects in support of the site’s 100-year decommissioning programme.

The new approach is set up to support faster, more effective project delivery, stability in design and construction supply chains, greater workforce flexibility, and local economic benefit.

THE ROLE

Support Services Administrator

Assist PPP Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities

Schedule meetings, manage and update diaries as required

Arrange workshops / focus groups

Maintain existing systems, meeting and approval trackers and records; ensuring these are accurate and up to date

Create and maintain appropriate administration systems where required to support the wider team

Preparation of letters, reports, processes, formatting presentations etc. in line with PPP branding and appropriate confidentiality

Taking minutes/update action logs from meetings as required

General duties:
Ordering of IT

Issue of general Comms to the wider team

Answering general queries

Manage the PPP Support Services Inbox

PA/EA duties:
Diary Management

Expenses

Travel & accommodation arrangements

Additional ad hoc duties as required that fall under your capability

Qualifications

Essential:
G.C.S.E Level English, Maths, Science, or equivalent as a minimum.

Desirable:
Experience of working in fast paced Project based environments would be an advantage.

Experience and Skills

Essential:
Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams)

Experienced Admin/PA/Technical Admin or similar

Highly organised with the ability to manage significant workflows and manage multiple Senior Stakeholders

Ability to work as part of a collaborative team as well as unsupervised

Experience of dealing with complex diary management and meeting scheduling

High degree of professionalism

Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Experience in a digital office environment

Desirable:
Sellafield security clearance

Additional software: Microsoft Visio & SharePoint

Experience in Minute taking

Document formatting
