Support Staff for The Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic
Job description
Job Description: This position will support the DSAMH Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Planning grant. This position will be responsible for providing support in the areas of data, certification, and policy development to create and implement CCBHCs in Delaware. This position will serve as ad hoc support and coordinate with DSAMH certification and data teams regarding policy review and systems alignment, develop guidance for providers to support the certification process, support desk reviews of certification applications, and identify technical assistance needs to address deficiencies. Duties will include coordination of activities with other fiscal, grants management/ compliance, and programmatic staff within DSAMH and across other divisions and departments. This position will work predominantly in-office, with limited availability for remote work and be required to travel to stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge Required:
- At least (3) years experience in social services or behavioral health program design, monitoring, and/or operations, inclusive of program evaluation/ performance measurement, grants management, and fiscal management.
- Experience in working with populations to be served including adults with serious mental illness (SMI) , as well as those with any mental illness (AMI), children with serious emotional disturbance (SED) and those with substance use disorder (SUD).
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, and time management skills.
