- Provides excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guest.
- Maintains video surveillance of customers’ activities in gaming areas to protect Bally's Casino from cheating, theft, and lawsuit.
- Monitors activity of employees to insure against theft, cheating and procedure violations.
- Reports all gaming violations to manager and Mississippi Gaming Commission.
- Records any violations of procedure, policy and regulation.
- Reports any area of vulnerability to loss from internal or external sources.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of State Gaming regulations, company policies and procedures, and Surveillance department regulations.
- Recommends changes in video surveillance system when necessary.
- Prepares reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Testifies on behalf of Bally’s Vicksburg in court or administrative hearings as needed.
- Keeps the supervisor informed of any problems and issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
