JOB SUMMARY
The System Analyst will support the IT, Finance, & Data Teams at IVX Health by administering IVX’s Azure database environment as well as acting as business liaison / system admin for a variety of critical business systems

ESSENTAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as business liaison / admin for IVX business systems
  • G4 (Unlimited product) – practice management system – Maintain core system functionality to accommodate industry changes and the company’s rapid expansion; work with Unlimited to build out and maintain customizations to aid various departments; partner with IVX revenue cycle team to help guide development of the next generation revenue cycle system; assist with managing the vendor relationship
  • IKnowMed (McKesson product) – EMR system – Make necessary configuration alterations to accommodate company’s rapid growth; assist with managing the vendor relationship
  • Fusebox (Mainbridge product) – Drug inventory management – Work with the vendor to remedy issues and make necessary configuration alterations to keep the system operating as the company expands; partner with IVX's Procurement team and the vendor to identify, craft and implement product enhancements
  • Relatient – patient communication & reminders – Work with the vendor to ensure that there is no loss in core functionality as we grow our footprint; manage the vendor relationship with IVX IT to help with mapping new facilities
• Oversee interfaces between the above business systems/tools and other systems/tools added over time
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as a part of a team
• Create system user documentation
• Develop and facilitate training sessions
• Help evaluate new systems and design new connections between existing systems to enhance business processes
• Maintain stability of the data warehouse and related resources in the Azure environment
  • Keep the environment stable through management of the DB and Azure Resources
  • Detect and repair pipeline failures to ensure steady and timely data flow from business systems to the Azure DW
• Guide IT in the realm of User management for IVX Health systems – both SaaS and IVX hosted

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• At least an intermediate understanding of MS Azure from a design and management point of view. Dev OPS minded
• Experience with working through a Change Control Process
• Detail oriented
• 1-2 years SQL experience, including managing database performance
• Healthcare IT experience preferred
• Strong communication, listening and client service skills
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
