We’re currently seeking a Systems Network Administrator join our Headquarters team!

In this role your primary responsibilities include architecting, configuring, and installing Enterprise solutions in the cloud and on-premises. In this role, you will need to stay up to date with security best practices to ensure Mister’s systems and data are protected.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain a robust, stable and secure infrastructure in the cloud
• Architect migration of on-premises systems to the cloud
• Proactively identify areas that need improvement and develop solutions to address them
• Automate infrastructure deployment and maintenance
• Administer Enterprise-wide network switches, firewall, and routers
• Ensure the entire infrastructure is secure, highly available, stable, and scalable
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems and performance issues
• Monitor systems, respond to issues/alerts, and provide performance metrics
• Develop and maintain documentation
• Provide on-call support on a rotating schedule
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

How you will shine:

• 4+ years Amazon Web Services & Active Directory administration (DevOps, Scripting…)
• 4+ years Office 365 administration
• 5+ years Enterprise network administration and security (QOS, VLAN, IPv4, Switching, Routing, firewalls, VPN)
• 5+ years Enterprise Application administration (AV, backups, email, Office...)
• 3+ years Windows (10, 2012, 2016, 2019) systems administration and support
• 3+ years On-Premise Active Directory administration (Scripting)
• 3+ years Project Management experience
• 3+ years Wireless and related technologies administration (802.11gbn, 60Ghz)
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a growing, multi-faceted environment
