We are currently seeking a Tableau Reports Developer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

Job Description:
As a Tableau Reports Developer at our health plan client, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights and data visualizations to support decision-making and drive business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and other members of the IT team to gather requirements, design efficient and effective reports, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for Tableau reports and dashboards, and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards that present complex data in a clear and visually appealing manner.
Create and optimize data visualizations, including charts, graphs, tables, and maps, to convey insights and trends.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Tableau to support report development.
Perform data validation and quality assurance (QA) to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
Develop and maintain documentation for Tableau reports, including data sources, data definitions, report specifications, and user guides.
Collaborate with data analysts and data engineers to understand data sources, data models, and data integration requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau reports, including performance tuning, data discrepancies, and user errors.
Stay updated with the latest Tableau features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of Tableau reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a Tableau Developer, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing Tableau reports and dashboards.
Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, including data preparation, data visualization, and dashboard creation.
Solid understanding of data visualization best practices, data modeling, and data integration concepts.
Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with ETL tools and processes.
Knowledge of health insurance industry and related data domains (e.g., claims, enrollment, provider) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Tableau certification(s) is a plus.
