As a member of the U.S. Abiomed talent acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a critical role in owning the administrative processes to support the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of Abiomed talent. This high-volume process-oriented role supports the Talent Acquisition team and is to be located in our corporate headquarters in Danvers, MA.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Scheduling a high volume of interviews (working closely with candidates and the business for availability, booking conference rooms or video conference lines, travel arrangements as needed, and sending invitations and confirmation e-mails, etc.).
  • Maintain Talent Acquisition calendar
  • Greet and facilitate site tours for candidates visiting the ABIOMED facility
  • Employee referral tracking & monitoring
  • Support the offer and onboarding paperwork process
  • Ensure data integrity and tracking of candidate activity and progress in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Collaborate with TA Partners to identify and implement improvements to the candidate experience and scheduling process
  • Manage job posting activities through ATS and recruitment tools
  • Partner with TA on recruiting initiatives
  • Join team at local recruiting job fairs and networking events
