Admiral Security Services is seeking a results driven, experienced Talent Acqusition Specialist for our Bethesda Office. Ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Meet all required recruitment goals for the week, month and quarter.
- Act as a strategic partner with the operations team to close open requisitions and reduce overtime.
- Meet with Operations team weekly to discuss open requisitions and progress of candidates in the process.
- Generate weekly reports via our applicant tracking system to distribute to operations and HR management team.
- Partner with external organizations to widen pool of qualified candidates for various position.
- Post position openings on external websites.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma and at least three years of experience recruiting in a high volume work place.
- Must be very organized with superior attention to detail.
- Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMs preferred).
- Must be flexible and willing to work weekends and some evenings as needed.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
