Tax Manager

New York (or remote)

$130,000 - $150,000

You’ve just arrived at the beach, it’s 95.0 °F and it’s time for a dip in the sea.

You kick off your flip flops and take your first few steps on the sand. A bit warm soon turns into unbearable heat.

You make it, but you’ve got tears in your eyes and your dignity is barely in-tact.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

We’re supporting a mid-sized firm in Manhattan hire their next Tax Manager. You’ll be joining a firm who recognise that work-life balance is important to you, even during tax season. You’ll work a max of 55 hours p/w from Feb thru to April (and significantly less in the summer). You’ll have an early finish every Friday from May – September.

They’ve got an office in Manhattan and if you’re local, you’re welcome to work there. If you’re out of state, you can work fully remotely. Or you can do hybrid. Whatever works for you.

It sounds clichéd but they do have a true open-door policy. They’ve hired a lot of people from larger firms who have found it refreshing that they can communicate openly with Partners.

They’re looking to hire Entity and HNW Tax Managers. The positions will suit individuals who have 3+ years’ Public Accounting experience.
