Do you have content moderation experience, and are you seeking a new opportunity in Glasgow? We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Team Leader for a full-time role in which you'll manage a team responsible for content moderation. You'll motivate and guide the team of hardworking individuals to reach targets and strive for excellence.
As a Team Leader, you can expect to take on the following:
- Ensure that team members perform in line with required performance metrics
- Manage workload in a timely and effective manner
- Analyse customer feedback data
- Pursue quality and assurance initiatives
- Present recommendations for improvement
The ideal Team Leader candidate has excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the desire to go the extra mile. If you are organised, highly responsible, and can adapt to change while juggling tasks, then this is your calling.
Additional requirements include:
- Minimum 2 years’ previous team management experience
- Content moderation experience
- PC literacy, fast typing and experience using appropriate software and systems
- Clear credit, disciplinary and criminal records
- Good interpersonal skills to motivate Agents and provide feedback in a positive, constructive way that will encourage performance improvement
