About us

Welcome to the #1 Trending Selfie Museum in the WRLD. We have 30+ Immersive and Instagrammable photos booths where our guests spend up to an hour taking their own photos/videos using our complimentary ring light rentals.

We have fun, eye-catching, interactive art installations that rotate regularly. We are a spot for content creators, couples, birthday parties, group events, and so much more.

Who we are looking for:

• Must have an energetic, outgoing personality and ability to get along with a variety of personalities. Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Responsible for assisting parents/guardians, children and guests for the duration of the assigned session time (1 hour); and performing other duties as assigned by management.
• Ability to multi-task is essential, knowledge of social media preferred and must be able to work Fridays or Mondays starting at 1:30 pm and weekends from 11-6 PM
• Must be an independent worker and leader as most shifts are run by 1 team member. Must excel in customer service and working with others.
• Position is part-time (currently hiring for 15-20 hours/week). Potentially more hours available during summer/peak seasons.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service for all guests
• Greet and assist guests through learning more about Neon WRLD OC (a Selfie WRLD brand) and what we have to offer. Check customers in for their appointments and direct them on how to use our complimentary ring light rentals.
• Answer customer phone calls
• Contribute regularly to social media postings (IG/FB/TikTok) during shifts.
• Monitor Selfie rooms and ensure guest's compliance to Neon WRLD rules and safety standards
• Assist in special projects and marketing initiatives (email marketing, soliciting Yelp/Google reviews, ad creation, public relations)
• Ensure housekeeping standards are met through regular cleaning and maintaining of Selfie booths
